im a little shy of ordering these water pumps, due to the fact they don't last more than a year, But I'm happy to say that I got this one it fit just right in my bird fountain I purchased a year ago. Now the fountain has lights on it as well and I simply took the hose off the old pump put all back in the tank. and add a new pump so the water could run tru and shoved it all back. Works Good

Works fine in my 20” tall garden fountain. The cavity for the pump was so small this unit that stands some 2.5” tall was only one I could find to fit it. A fairly underwhelming fountain but the pump does the job.

Works great! The pump for my fountain was old and stopped working. This new one works better. The water flow is much stronger. It was easy to install. I would have liked a longer cord but just used an extension. Happy to see my fountain working again.

I wanted a fountain for the hummingbirds like I've seen on youtube. The bucket sits inside a wooden box I made at window height so I can watch them have fun on a hot day. I drilled the holes in a PVC pipe cap that turns onto a threaded copper fitting on .5 inch rigid copper pipe. A short piece of flexible hose connects the pipe to the pump. Nothing needs to be glued or soldered together. It has run a lot without any problems. The pump is on max flow in the video. It's just for small fountains. The birds went south for the winter before any found the fountain. I'll plant the right kind of flowers for them too.

This was perfect for our application. We put it in a bird bath and rocks on the cord and pump. Works great.. great price,very quiet..

After one week, the pump stopped and it was clear the impeller got stuck and jammed. Best guess is that it wasn’t balanced or press-fit properly on motor shaft. The jammed pump motor heated up and melted the case making the pump unusable— not kidding. Pump is no longer functional. If you’re wondering, I would not buy this product again. SAFETY MOMENT: It was more than a little disturbing to see melted plastic on a pump that was totally submerged in water. As with ALL electronics, make sure you ONLY use a pump on a GFCI protected circuit. DO. NOT RISK making yourself the path of least resistance. Pump safe!

We purchased our first of these pumps over two years ago. The pump worked perfectly I had plenty of power. Everything worked well until we left it running while on vacation and it ran out of water. Didn’t seem to like running without water, and the pump died. We have bought our second pump it is working perfectly and as long as we don’t let it run dry, I’m sure it will last long time.
