It does not have a smile, but it does have a sweet face and is very soft. I think it would be great for a sick child.

This bunny is dusty rose almost mauve. I purchased this bunny for my granddaughter who requested a pink bunny for her birthday! He is very soft and cuddly but my three yr old granddaughter told me "Meme this bunny is not pink, it's purple!" He's adorable but not pink!
