Wonderful alternative to soy sauce if you have a natural sweet tooth. I love putting on rice instead of applying sauce to the protein, but you can do that also. It also works well in marinades, but I tend to go for the sweet soy baste/glaze for that as it is much thicker.

I bought this for my mom who has Celiac disease. She really likes it and she says it tastes good too. It shipped well and did not leak.
