Where is the plastic in this product? Is this product not 100% stainless steel?** A: The cups and measuring spoons are not plastic. They are stainless steel. **Q: Made in italy?** A: Not sure where you got Italy from, but I'm fairly certain these are made in China. That said, there are no country of origin markings on the product itself. I think the original packaging might have said made in China. I recall being a bit surprised by that because these are exceptionally well made, high quality stainless steel. I've seen a lot of these cheaply made. These are of a quality I would expect from Europe. Each measure is a single stamping with no welded handles. They even have a little tab that helps them nest nicely together, They are fairly heavy weight stainless unlike some of the very thin cheap stuff. Markings are stamped in. The only issue I saw was that I didn't like the way the rings were made and I replaced them with large key rings. I see no need to frequently take the group apart.
