This says new. is it a new design? i have the old glade plug ins. the backside of the refill is flat. these look round. i’m wondering if they will fit

Doesn’t NOT fit all Glade plug ins.

If i received a refund or exchange for an item that never arrived and now a month later arrives do i still need to s3nd it back

How many days does one refill last for?

It depends on where the scent indicator is at, if it's low they'll last around 30 days if you set it for high then around 20

What essential oils are used in this? This is an important detail, as many have pets, and some oils are toxic to them.
