How do i tell the size (usa) of the gold color clover ergonomic hook i have? can't find it written anywhere--thank you

It is written/engraved in the gold silicon hand grip. It says 3/0 and 2.3mm. I took a photo but can’t post it, this app only posts videos. Sorry

Are these the same as clover amour?

The "different language" you mention is Japanese, which is the original language for all Clover products. Clover is a Japanese company.

What numbers are this crochet?

The numbers and mm are both on the crochet hooks. I like mine very much, but if I had my chose, I would choose the Clover Soft Touch Steel Crochet Hooks Set. I have two of those and I really like them better because they have the Letter of the alphabet plus the mm's. Example: Clover F 3.75 mm. I hope this will help you.
