I have been using the radio for a week and have experienced 4 problems:1. The volume dial does not control the volume one click at a time. If you try to turn up the volume, it does not get louder incrementally. I have to turn it from 5 to 15 to get the volume to adjust. Once it is at 15, I cannot reduce the volume unless I turn it all the way down to 0. From 0, I can turn it back up and hope that I can set the volume.2. When the radio is on and a call comes through Bluetooth, the radio does not mute and you cannot hear the incoming caller.3. There are 2 USB ports, 1 for charging and 1 to sync the phone. The USB to sync is not compatible for iPhone, so it is worthless. The USB to charge the device does charge but if you change the radio station, the volume is muted. I have to unplug the phone charger to get the volume unmuted.4. For the price I paid, and the joy it brought my brother, this was a no brainer. Installing this was fairly easy for me as I have helped my friends with their car stereos before. My brother is super happy and glad he can use the bluetooth instead of the aux cord.For anyone looking to get rid of the aux cord and looking for something that works and is affordable, this is a great buy hands down. Even if you want to give this as a gift, you will make some ones life happier.
