Very sturdy! It looks so nice! Very good quality and easy to put together.

When I initially received the package with the cat tree parts, I went through all the parts to make sure everything was included. To my dismay, the eight pieces identified as P7 in the instruction book were not there. I went on the reviews to see if anyone else had this problem and sure enough it was mentioned by several people. Amazon agreed to send me another box so that I could remove the missing parts and complete the assembly. Upon opening the new box, I realized that the missing eight pieces were actually tucked into the upper cat laying area, but they were inserted in such a way that it look like additional padding. My apologies for not observing this sooner. (See photos below) After assembling the cat tree, I found it to be of high quality materials and relatively easy to assemble with the exception of having to locate the screw hole through multiple parts in order to screw it in. Very frustrating. I solved this by using a sharpened pencil to push through the hole and use that to locate the opening on the receiving end and once located, I held it in place and simply inserted the screw. After assembly, our newly acquired kitten, discovered it, and within minutes had already climbed to the top and was comfortably laying in the padded area on top. A note of caution, you must make sure that the screws are extremely tight when assembling, or it may result in a non-stable structure. This was not a problem for me and it is solid as a rock. We and our kitten are extremely pleased with this purchase.

Easy to assemble and my cats like it well enough. It gives them height, places to hide and lounge, and they like to sleep in it. It's good for the price, but the material is a little cheap and scratchy at some places. My cats don't use the scratching posts at all (the jute cord actually irritated my skin when I touched it), and ignore the hanging hammock at the bottom in lieu of the higher perches - if the hammock were higher it might have had a better chance. The tree as a whole is very light, which makes it easy to move around when I need to, but also makes it rock somewhat when my cats jump off from the top or onto it with any force (and they currently only weigh 6lbs). It does come with an anchor cord, but I don't have anywhere to attach it when I put it in front of my windows (which is the only place I would put it for my cats). I have had to re-tighten a few of the posts over time, as they start to loosen and wobble with regular use. Good tree for the price and great for lookout height and lounging, but not the quality of a carpeted tree that can truly double as a scratching post.

My cats love it. But the scratcher areas are either too small either too close to the ground to be used at all.
