I purchased the set of 2 intercoms for our home in December. I live with a senior family member, and there's 3 floors in the house. Yelling doesn't really work, going up and down flights of stairs to check in or ask a quick question isnt practical, and while we can text, they don't always have their phone with them. I thought this would be a good way to check in with each other, and generally communicate when needed. It works great for our purposes. I have purchased a third intercom so we now have one on each floor. The sound quality is fine, think of what a decent walkie talkie sounds like, that's basically what this intercom is. Considering we are using these intercoms through three floors, on opposite sides of the house, I'm quite satisfied. When you speak through one, it can be heard through both other units. We have yet to experience any interference or other ppls conversations through our units, and our home is directly adjacent to others, in a busy area of a city. Whether or not our conversations have been heard by others, I wouldn't know, but I kinda doubt it, most ppl don't use these sort of electronics in their homes anymore. We don't really have conversations or discuss anything personal or sensitive; just use it to check in with each other, ask a quick question, etc. The opposite end of the power cord is a USB A connector, that can plug into the included ac plugs, which is great. I have two units running through the USB connection, and the third through the ac plug. We just use the " talk " button to communicate, there are other functions, but tbh, I didn't read the included instruction manual to figure them out. Just being able to talk briefly between diff floors pressing the talk button is really all we need these for. Also, they have been knocked over onto the floor multiple times, and once got some water on one, and they still work fine, so I'd say they're durable and built well. The packaging it comes in is quality also. I'm sure there are more high end models with crystal clear sound and that work across longer distances - even other models by this same manufacturer- and different ways to communicate through your home, but for us, this works great. The value is great for this two pack, it's currently on sale for less then I purchased them for, but I'm satisfied with its quality at the price I paid, it's just right for what you're getting. I'm giving these intercoms 5 stars because it's just what I expected, and pretty awesome for our family.

works great in a 3 story 10k ft home

I have family that lives with me who can't really hear very well and I'm tired of yelling from floor to floor. The family that can't hear very well also thinks it's a bit annoying because they hear me, but don't understand what I'm saying. So, problem solved with this little system. It doesn't have to be super fancy, it just has to work. It's easy to set up, directions were pretty specific and easy to understand. I like the fact that it has a monitor feature so I can listen for bumps and thuds in the middle of the night. The monitor feature only lasts for 10 hours, so after that you have to turn it back on. I haven't had any issues with interference and the audio quality is pretty good, it's not crystal clear super high fidelity sound, but it gets the job done. Only negative I see is if you keep it in the bedroom, the lights are pretty bright. Some people may not be fazed by this, but it is a consideration.

A friend of mine recommended this exact product As he has 6 of them Set up in his home and loves them! Lately I find myself yelling through the house to communicate with my preteen especially in the morning trying to wake him up for school. It has gotten so bad lately that I lost my voice all weekend! My friend has these intercoms set up in all the rooms of his home to avoid the constant yelling That turned into arguing between family members. First of all... this came the very next day in the mail! So thank you so much for the super fast shipping! I was pleasantly surprised about how quick they came. Secondly, it’s plug and play, So easy! I didn’t have to mess with any electrical wires or tools. Plug it in and set the channel... done! Thirdly, the volume goes up pretty high! All I have to do is push the talk button and speak in a calm voice. There is also a call option that sends a tone noise to the other receiver in the volume of your choosing to help aid me during the wake up calls I have to make at 7am. This has already saved me so many bad attitudes and arguments! Worth every single penny for that alone! Lastly, you can add more receivers to the mix as you go if you want to, I love this option. If you do get more of them, there is an option to connect all of them on “group” which is something like a conference call. There is also an added bonus with the monitor button... my son hasn’t figured that out yet 🤫 it works great for when he is “in school” as he is going virtually. I can check in on him without bothering him or him even knowing that I did so. This has made life so much easier for my son and I in the morning. It is sooo easy to set up and use and that is what I was looking for. This is a good quality product, my friend has had his for some time now and his are still working great. I’ve had them for a week now, I am so glad that he told me about these wonderful intercoms. This is such a wonderful communication tool.

I read several review for intercoms and what made me chose Wuloo was reading how they handled customer service. We purchased the 2 unit version to talk between my wife and my offices in the house. The set up was Very easy, but one unit had a buzz. We swapped rooms and the buzz followed the one unit. I was now hoping that the reviews I read where true. They were! After explaining the problem though an email, they sent me out a new unit that I received in 2 days... works like a charm. The intercoms not crystal clear, but it's good enough for what we wanted and it beats getting up and yelling down the hall. I would recommend this because they stand by their product!

Not sure about this yet, as we have disabled some of them as random static/voice sounds come over it in the middle of the night which is disconcerting. They tell you that CB radios can use these, so they're very open about it. It's a simple, cheap box, but does the work...may return it just on the fact that it does this. Not sure yet.

The machine just suddenly talks in Chinese. Tried different channels. But it did again. Sooo returning it.

I was pleasantly surprised with a product that actually does what it promises. I have a workshop 200 feet from my house. Construction of house and shop is stucco/and rock (cement, over metal lath, over aluminum sheeting particleboard). Being a senior citizen, and having a caring wonderful wife. She likes to know I’m ok at all times. If we don’t communicate within a few hours, she’s rushing over to the shop to give me an earful. Why isn’t your phone on, did you forget your phone again, I thought something happened to you, etc...? Those days are over. With this intercom set, voice clarity is excellent and no noise. I would highly recommend. Now, if you have more time on your hands, You can read about what I tried before this Satisfactory solution. I had a similar workshop/house setup in the early nineties. I had this Radio Shack intercom system that worked over the AC lines. The system worked ok, with a little static. So I figured I’d try the same setup. Went on EBay and found a brand new set, just like my old one. I was all excited. Received the new set, unwrapped it (verified it was new), and set it up. It didn’t work at all, none of the three stations. Nothing, no sound, just lights. I tried it in a room 20 feet away, nothing. I put one handset in the kitchen and did get static from the under cabinet fluorescent lights. The thing is, this set was suppose to work, as long as it was on the same transformer. Of course it is, I only have one electric meter too. I’ve been trying to figure out why this system doesn’t work. The only thing I can figure is, this is a new house, two years old. Workshop is 6 months old. Both structures have the latest state of the art circuit breakers. I don’t think I have any breakers that are just current sensing, there are those for wet areas (gfci), those in bedrooms that sense an arc (such as when you turn on a lamp and switch makes contact). I’m wondering if these new type breakers are the problem. Well just in case you’re where I was before purchasing this set, buy this one (fm transmission) or one like it. Not worth doing what I did on the older/different signal transmission method.

I ordered the set of three Wuloo wireless intercom units, one for the kitchen, one for the sunroom and one for our detached garage. It was easy to set up and to my amazement all three units connected beautifully and the volume and clarity was excellent! I was worried that the one in the garage would not interconnect well with the other two units, being in a detached building away from the house but all three work very well.

These Wuloo intercom units work excellent and easy to use.Don't get confused by all the buttons.Set it to same channel and thats it. Suprised how clear they are. I have an elderly father who lives down the street approx 3/4 block away and these units works perfect from house to house.Has an AC adapter but They do not come with an internal battery ,but they easily connect to any battery bank with a usb port as shown in the photo with the included cable.These cell phone type battery bank/rechargers are very common and come in lots of different capacities and sizes.I would recommend this product.

I care for my elderly grandparents and going downstairs is difficult for them. With these intercoms they can now pester me whenever they need 😄. All jokes aside, works well, easy to set up
