Are the case and watchband titanium or stainless steel?

It's Stainless Steel but it is industry standard, so if you want, you could change it out. The previous model, the T100, was Titanium, but had a proprieteary watch strap that one could only get from Casio. They are both so good looking, so either one is a matter of personal preference. My T200 is one of my most handsome of watches.

Will this fit a. 8.25 inch wrist?

I removed the metal band on receipt as I preferred leather . The metal band is 7.25 inches when removed. Add the watch at 2 inches lug to lug? Hope this helps. I really love the watch. Looks elegant and keeps perfect time

Is there an international warranty?

No Casio USA won't service it. Great watch BTW.

Is this watch Fully Made in Japan?

Mine has, "MADE IN JAPAN" inscribed on the case back. This watch was made for the Japanese domestic market. As far as I know the entire watch was manufactured in Japan.
