Yes the Air 2 (6th gen) does fit, but as it is a slimmer ipad than the Air (5th gen) so when you place the Air2 in the case is sits too low and that makes accessing the home button a bit awkward. I would say if you have an Air (5th gen) then get this case but any slimmer than that and the tablet will sit too low for comfortable use. ### ⭐⭐⭐ No wake or sleep *by T***P on 16 April 2018* It certainly is not auto wake/sleep but apart from that it is very attractive. 3 weeks on and I can confirm that the auto sleep/wake does not work.
