Why are these so expensive! I just bought this same thing for $9.27 at Walmart. If this is 2 packs of 46, each it's a good buy but otherwise no go.

Are these pads good for urinary incontinence?

Yes, I also use them for that purpose. I haven't so far tried anything specifically designed for incontinence. Of all the pads I've tried, these work the best.

Is this 3 pack of 52 counts which is 156 counts as total?

For my order which was just received, this was NOT the case. I only received one package of 52 and was charged for three packages. Will be returning to get a refund.
