I really didn't expect this but my insomnia is less severe and my pain has been reduced by about 90%. If this is a placebo effect, it's worth every penny. My only nag is the loose fit of the connection to the plug. Bought this after reading and learning about "earthing". Thought I'd be sending it back but now I take it with me on my travels.

I have been trying this for a few weeks, putting it under my desk and use it for a few hours a day while using my computer. I don't know if it is all in the mind, but I do feel the benefits of being calmer and less stressful. The mat is well made and can be rolled up and put away. I will keep on using it and if you are into natural health, I would recommend this.
