I use this hub in a 20-camera "bullet-time" photo booth. 20 Canon cameras are plugged into this box which I then connect to my laptop to control It has been a reliable piece of gear for over three dozen events over the past year. Can't recommend it enough.

This product has two 10-port USB Hubs in the same box.
This comes and operates as advertised. Just be aware that it is not actually a 20-port USB Hub. It is two 10-port USB Hubs in the same box. That is why it has two USB Type B sockets on the rear panel - you can see them in one of the photos in the description on the Amazon web page. That means you use two USB 3.0 data cables (provided by Sipolar) to connect this Hub to two USB 3.0 ports on the host computer. This is not a problem for me. In fact, it is an advantage because the 5 Gbps data transfer rate on each host to Hub cable is only divided among 10 downstream ports, rather than 20.

USB PORT Short circuit
I bought this 3.months ago and hardly use it. I was away for 3 weeks vacation and the usb ports were short circuit and burned. See attached picture. This is a bad designed usb hub.

sipolar a-213 does not work well.
item looked rugged, but does not work very well, appliances hooked to it do not get detected, most of time. It is almost worthless.

Was great until ports started dying!
At first I loved this thing. Was a real work horse. Then a couple months in, ports started dying on it. I think i'm down to 16 working ports now. :(
