To my surprise I received a email back within hours asking for my address so they can send me a new one. I was shocked but am so happy that this company stands behind their product. For this I changed it to five stars instead of three. Overall I think the red light has been helpful to healing my muscle injury.I bought this red light therapy pad almost a year ago, and it worked great—until it didn’t. Unfortunately, it now has four rows of lights that have stopped working, which is really frustrating for a product that’s not even a year old.The things I really liked about it are that it’s lightweight and rolls up easily, making it convenient for traveling. You can lay on it or position it against the back of a chair, which makes it pretty versatile.One thing to be aware of is that it does get quite warm against your skin.
