Will these work with my Siemens Signia Pure older hearing aids?

I am sorry, but I have no idea. Best of luck!

Will these fit with Phonax P90 ?

I know they are pretty universal, and fit easily with my Widex Evoke Hearing Aids. I don't know snything about the Phonax P90, sorry.

I am finding tears in tips when new, just removed from the pkg- Anyone else or am I doing something wrong? Thank you!

I just checked my new pack of these tulips and don’t see any tears. I’ve been using these for a couple of years and never had a problem. Do you trim yours? I trim the tip off of mine. That might make a difference. Or maybe you should request a replacement.

... Those are the ones I use... not sure on the mm size.....you might ask your hearing aid guy... Dan Habluetzel ... Hobbiehubbcapp
