These are great wheat squares if you are seeking a healthier, less sugary alternative from other name, brand cereals. We love that they are organic, which means no glycophate pesticide, and they have a nice texture and crunch - good for snacking dry or with milk. We have them on autoship and use at least a box a month.

I like that it's so much lower and salt than most cereals. If you get it on sale it's a competitive price. Personally I think there could be a little less sugar in it but it's definitely tasty.

I hadn’t ever tried Kashi and I’m so glad I have. This cereal is quality and organic not like Bio Engineered corn flakes.. It gives energy in the morning and is filling because it’s Real food! Yummy!

This cereal is crunchy, satisfying and good for you because of the high fiber content....but it is a little on the sugary side

This is another one that got me hooked the taste is great not a bunch of sugar just the right amount.

Good cereal and great price !! The main grocery stores stopped selling this cereal. Thought they stopped making it. Found at Whole Foods for almost twice the usual price. Did some searching and to my surprise Amazon has it for almost $ 3 less !!!
