Worth product. The product is as per its price point. The plastic body is not that great. But if your handling is good , it's a good product. Works well. Aesthetic looks. Looks nice in my office

Very disappointing product – No after-sales service I strongly advise against buying this Amazon Basics Hot & Cold Water Dispenser. The machine stopped working in less than two months and completely stopped dispensing both hot and cold water. I contacted Amazon, who directed me to Clicktech, the company responsible for the after-sales service. They asked me to provide an extensive amount of documentation, including bills, invoices, PDFs, videos, photographs of the machine, the serial number, and other details. I promptly provided everything they requested through several emails. Once they had received all the required documentation, I was assured that a service engineer would be sent to inspect and repair the machine. Almost a month later, I am still waiting. Nobody has come, and the problem remains unresolved. A product failing within two months is disappointing enough, but having virtually no after-sales service makes the situation even worse. Please think twice before buying this product. A product is only as good as the support provided when something goes wrong, and unfortunately, my experience with both the product and its after-sales service has been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this product.

Good Product

I had a very disappointing experience with this water dispenser. The product arrived damaged, and despite requesting both a replacement and a return, I received no meaningful support from Amazon. The issue was never resolved satisfactorily. On top of that, the heating function does not work at all. The heating indicator doesn't turn on, making the hot water feature completely unusable. Overall, this has been an awful experience with both the product and the after-sales service. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Save your money and choose a more reliable brand.

Very Useful

On delivery the product was fine. But a few days ago the water pipe started leaking. No service is provided even after the complaint.

Xcellent product

Works better than my Brita. As long as you push the lid down firmly it will not leak one bit. I love the size. It pours nicely too.

This was one of the only ones I could find that was both a larger 10-cup size, and ALSO had a little flap that covers the spout. I ordered it for exactly those two reasons. Most of the filter pitchers I saw on Amazon have an open spout with nothing covering it, so dust or little bugs like gnats/flies/ants could get down in there with the uncovered versions. This one DOES have the covering flap over the spout and works perfectly. Besides that, it's exactly what I expected and performs perfectly. No complaints. It fits both regular Brita filters and the Brita Elite filters, so it's no different than other pitchers that were lots more expensive for absolutely no reason. No complicated setup or installation, just drop the filter in the slot and press firmly to make sure it's seated/sealed and you're good to go. I've also had no issues with the lid coming off when pouring. The lid extends to the top of the handle, so you simply hold the lid down with your thumb while you pour to ensure the lid doesn't come off and it works perfectly. It's also quite durable for what it's designed to do. Yes it's plastic but it's not flimsy at all. I've been using it for a few months now and it's still in perfect condition. Unless you're dropping it or something there's no risk in it cracking. It will last for years.
