We are sleeping longer and its harder to wake up so it must be doing something
Ah ….Grounding mats /sheets …WHO KNOWS IF THEY REALLY DO ANYTHING BUT WE’RE GIVING THIS A GO . ITS BEEN ABOUT A MONTH NOW .If Im honest , I cant really and truly say that we have noticed any real difference . BUT …MY WIFE IS SLEEPING MUCH LATER THAN EVER BEFORE . WE ARE 74ish and dont have to get up early any more ..she’s sleeping in everyday …we used to have coffee in bed at 7 ,,now she has to nuke hers around 9 cause its on the nightstand cold lol but that a good thing i suppose !

First my king size bed perfect and totally worth the price! It fit perfectly and goes right under neath the sheet with no issue! Great quality and would recommend

Great night sleep
I do think it works. First night sleep was deeper than normal. Less tension. My dog laid on it all night. Definitely would recommend.

It didn’t work.
Cheap and absolutely NOT a grounding mat. The cord had no connectivity. It could have been just the cord but it wasn’t worth my time to try another one.
