High end joy
A stunning, high end TV that will easily meet anyone's needs. It was easy to set up. The matte, anti-glare screen is ideal in my bright living room. The thin screen is particularly adaptable to any TV stand or being fitted on a wall; Samsung have achieved this by having a separate 'One Connect box', for all the connections, which can either fit to the back of the sturdy stand, or be placed elsewhere using the longer, alternative cable provided. The TV produces fantastic sound for such a thin screen, and I wouldn't bother with a soundbar; however, connecting to my AV receiver takes it to another level. It's pricey, though, and the jury's still out as to whether I could be satisfied with a less expensive TV.

Picture Settings Inconsistent Across Apps / Video Formats
The TV won’t stick to one consistent picture setup, because it quietly changes how it processes the image depending on the app and whether it’s SDR or HDR, so settings that look right in one place look wrong in another; and the AI picture features just make it worse by overriding or locking controls, so you can’t get one set of settings that works properly across everything. Default settings are blinding whites and impenetrable shadows. I can’t be bothered changing the settings each time I switch from Netflix to Apple or watch a film instead of a TV programme. Awful TV.

Don't buy if you want any more than just a good picture
Good screen but the apps and support not existent unless you have Samsung phone would never buy from Samsung again
