On the bottle it says this: Take two capsules- amount per serving Artichoke extract (leaf) 600 mg- 6% Caffeoylquinic acids, Milk Thistle seed 300 mg- so i guess are 300 mg per tablet Artichoke extract and 150 mg Milk Thistle
