this product works well. after 2 weeks my yard went from brown to green. i sprayed it on, and start watering by sprinklers. my yard to this day is the only yard on the street that is bright green, even though some are watering but they are not getting the same results that i did with this product. be patience you will see results

Super easy to attach to hose & apply. Has a plastic knob and a safety latch- - the safety latch is extremely awkward (& short!)- - there has to be a better design than this one! It was challenging to depress the safety tab & rotate knob to ON while holding it & the hose (just forget it if you have long nails!). Also no matter what I tried, when removing bottle from hose, I couldnt get the bottle to not spray out the remaining fertilizer (its kinda pressurized) and so of course you end up with some stinky fertilizer on your clothes, arm/hand, AND face (ugggh). Applied it to grass in the afternoon & watered it in; it was smelly during application, but seems to have faded away & has no lingering stink. **Will update after a few more days if it has improved the grass color & health. So I bought this to help bring back the green color & encourage growth on my backyard lawn. In April I applied a lawn seed&feed after cutting/scratching/aerating my lawn. That stuff worked great! bcuz my grass grew rapidly…too rapidly! for me (was too busy with work/appts/social events) & even tried to get a gardener in to power mow the grass (I use a manual push mower) when it became 14” tall! but he couldn’t come out for another 2wks & it grew another 12”, then started collapsing on itself (which I knew meant the grass underneath would start yellowing/dying…& it did; sad) So after finally getting the grass cut down, it was very unhappy & looked worse than winter lawn. So I started looking for more fertilizer/nutrients & decided to try this one. Will post pics with before & after

I'll never know if this Lawn Kelper does anything because nothing comes out of the bottle. I've made three attempts to put it on my front lawn, but it just sprays water. I can see it mixing in and, I can smell it, for a couple seconds when I first start spraying, but then it's just sprays water. Then it drips brown liquid all over the place when I taker the sprayer off the hose. After those three attempts on my front lawn, the bottle is still full. (The level in the bottle might be down about an eighth of an inch.) I also bought the Drought Defender when I got this, so I guess I'll never know about that either, since the hose sprayer from the Kelper bottle is supposed to be used for that as well, and that is obviously defective. It might be a great product, but it's worthless if it won't come out of the bottle. EDIT: I bought an Ortho Dial N Spray Hose-End Sprayer, set it on 6 Oz/1000 Sq Ft, and it worked great. Now I'll just have to fine tune how fast I walk when spraying, and then wait to see if this makes any difference on my lawn. I'll update my rating is necessary based on results.

The product does not spray out of the bottle with an attached hose on low-medium flow. I had to squeeze the bottle the entire time, got this crap all over my hands and it smells like sewage. Would like the manufacturer to send a new container with a sprayer that actually works. Funny think is, I have 2 other products from them sitting here; Root Booster and Lawn Stiper - assuming those won’t spray either. Disappointed in the application but waiting on results after I squeezed it out the entire time.
