Not bad for the price. Fairly clear. My biggest issue is that the minimum distance is fairly long. When I try to view things up close, there is only so far you can zoom out, so so when binoculars are like x2-x10 zoom or x2-x20 zoom, you start off at like a x5 or X10 zoom. So this pretty decent for far distances, but not so much if you need to see in the dark up close.

Got these night vision binoculars because they were on sale for $89. Worked great at first, but after about 15 minutes, I could not turn on night vision, or even go to the menu. All I could get was daytime mode with zoom in/out. Chatted with customer service the next day. They told me to turn off the power, then press each button for 5 seconds each, then power it back on. That fixed the issue until the next night when the same thing happened again. Only this time, pressing the buttons for 5 seconds with power off did not work. The next day, ( Sunday ) I called customer service, and after repeatedly being put on hold, 23 minutes later I was told that someone from customer service would call me back at 12 noon on Tuesday with the best solution for this issue. I never received the call. I was on my lunch hour from work, so I called customer service, and the automated operator informed me this product could not be exchanged, only refunded, so I opted for that and got the return label to send it back for a refund. Poor customer service from Amazon, and extremely poor product. I do not recommend these binoculars at all. I would give a no star rating, but it's not allowed. One star is too many.

Even their own ad doesn't mention (or I missed it) that the buttons light up. Sounds minor but outside in the dark it's reason enough alone to pick these over cheaper options. I bought this one and a cheaper $49 unit. Main differences are the zoom, the lit buttons, and the screen size. Apparently a lot of these give you the size of the clear window you're looking through, which may indeed be 4" diagonal. On the cheaper unit, the actual LED screen inside is MUCH smaller, maybe 3". I think this unit has the most amount of features for the best price. I thought their shape looked a bit weird at first, but in holding them they feel more natural. I find them more ergonomic and the button layout is more intuitive. Still trying to decide if that's worth twice the price to me.
