Worked great at first, but after about 15 minutes, I could not turn on night vision, or even go to the menu. All I could get was daytime mode with zoom in/out. Chatted with customer service the next day. They told me to turn off the power, then press each button for 5 seconds each, then power it back on. That fixed the issue until the next night when the same thing happened again. Only this time, pressing the buttons for 5 seconds with power off did not work. The next day, ( Sunday ) I called customer service, and after repeatedly being put on hold, 23 minutes later I was told that someone from customer service would call me back at 12 noon on Tuesday with the best solution for this issue. I never received the call. I was on my lunch hour from work, so I called customer service, and the automated operator informed me this product could not be exchanged, only refunded, so I opted for that and got the return label to send it back for a refund. Poor customer service from Amazon, and extremely poor product. I do not recommend these binoculars at all. I would give a no star rating, but it's not allowed.
