Loved these earbuds when I bought them in Novemebr 2018. The metal sliding case is solid and cool looking and the new experience of wireless headphones was great. However, 6 months later and the right earbud has developed a fault where the sound quality wavers and wobbles making them unbearable to use. Since the return time has expired via Amazon, I decided to contact the seller via the email address provided in the instruction booklet ([email protected]) The email was returned undelivered so after reading comments on Amazon from Aimus I also used the address listed here ([email protected]) with the same result - mail undelivered. Any information on how to contact the company for a refund would be greatly appreciated by a very disappointed buyer.

The seller replaced my headphones without me even asking. Product needs improvement, but decent quality. Overall good performance. Tested it with Samsung S9.

Thoroughly disappointed with these headphones, I exercise a lot and wanted to use them for that rather than having wires getting in the way. The battery life is terrible. Apparently the battery life is 3-4 hours, after about 1hr 15 they keep shutting down, which when you are midway through a run/bike/walk it is very frustrating

These are perfect to go wireless and listen to your music on the go if you don’t want to cough up for some airpods. the battery life is a little small for my liking-3 hour’s is my average time. this is mostly because I listen to music constantly when I’m out but I suspect it’s more than enough for most people. The case itself gives about four full charges and it’s easy to use and compact. the customer service from aimus is also very good. when I had a query they were very prompt and helpful.

We bought these on so many good recommendations on Amazon. I was still a little wary as they were quite cheap. I ordered these for my son and another pair for me to use going to work. The quality of the earphones is great the case is robust metal construction, powering the device is comfortable and the headphones are small with plenty of adaptors to help fit your ears. When using earbuds I hear a lot of people say they could fall out, but in this case, that is not an issue providing you make sure you get the right fit, which you have to choose. Overall - Both my son and I are impressed the sound quality is good, and I would go as far as to say something I would have expected to pay 3 x as much for and have done in the past. They are easy to use, and you get used to the gestures and work well with the Google phones we all have. The ask google to play music works well, pairing is quick and easy. They are brilliant and last for hours. Also, you can listen with just one ear bud while the other is charging.

At first I thought the product would be good value, the sound quality was decent. However... the hHeadphones do NOT turn off. Therefore, they are always out of battery. Waste of money.

I bought these earphones for myself after having my previous earphone box getting lost on the streets despite having gone looking for them. These were roughly the same price i paid on for the previous one i had to i had similar expecations to them. Unfortunately the product can play up at times and just switch off despite not saying the battery is low which is what is triggering it to turn off, this was a slight let down. However the earphones had mor advantages and has im all other ways met my expectation as i wanted. It charges quickly and works efficiently. It is definitely loud and has an decent amount of bass which is what i wanted. I have also attached a picture to show you the size of the earbuds and how this needs to be changed as it's too small for me.
