This product, like most of GundryMD is not actually backed by quality research. Please search: "is gundrys work actually evidence based?". None of his products worked for me. GundryMD and Amazon refuse to give me a refund or honor the 30-90 day gaurantee. If its a quality product, you dont need to decline refunds. Dont get scammed like me.

What does it do?
I took these to repair my biome, but how do we know it's working? All my food sensitivities are still here, and digestion havent improved. To be fair, I only took 1 moth supply.
