Does this contain aspirin

It contain magnesium salicylate 580mg which is an NSAID. NSAID are medicine like aspirin, advil ,BC, all antiflammatory medicine. Aspirin is a salicylate!! . I have IBS so usually I can't tale any NSAID but Tylenol just is not helping my back pain so I try to take this medicine with a meal and sometime with Maalox to coat my stomach. So far it is working and it does help my back pain most of the time.. I see where some people say this med don't contain ASA. I am a register Nurse who worked in the Emergency Room for 20 yrs and I say that if you look at the bottle it says underneath Percogesic (NSAID) which means Non steroidal antiflammatory Disease. I suggest before taking you look it up or ask your Doctor because if you have stomach problem or on clotting med it can cause problems. You'll asked me and I answer your question. Pray and God will direct you. Thanks.

Does it come with a guarantee?

I don't know but I do know but what they sell now is worthless. They stopped selling what I used to get that did. Now you are just getting Tylenol that You can buy much cheaper in a generic.
