Can this inverter be tied into the control panel so all outlets work in a travel trailer?

Designed for hardwired outlets..but try to ground it (the inverter unit itself with 8-10 AWG wire) to the chassis as safety**and frequency noise for tv and sound systems may benefit.

Can it be hooked directly to truck battery or do i need a battery bank with solar charge. I wanted to hook up directly to my semi?

The truck battery will have to be recharged somehow. When the engine is running the alternator is doing the charging. If the engine is not running you'll have to figure out some other way to recharge the battery; solar is a common solution for offgrid charging.

Can you use the 2000W with a 24 V system?

No this company makes 12 volt versions only, I am surprised Renogy doesn't offer something like a 3000 watt 24 volt version, but oh well.

Is this renogy 2000 psw inverter noisy on HF radio?

Yes, it's noisy between 3 and 7Mhz. The 40meter band has hash. Not unusable, but noisy. The other bands are fine. I haven't found a way to suppress the noise.
