After some research, I ordered this product, and overall, the experience has been outstanding! Delivery was prompt, arriving even sooner than expected—perfect timing for a high-priority purchase. There was a minor manufacturing defect upon arrival, which could have been disappointing. However, their customer support team was exceptional, responding quickly and offering multiple solutions. Their dedication to customer satisfaction made this one of the smoothest support experiences I've had; I'd give their support five stars if rated separately. As for the product, it performs excellently with consistent daily use. It allows remote content updates through an online CMS platform, essential for a high-traffic area like ours. Although I initially had concerns about the lack of security certification on the web interface, the support team assured me that this enhancement is on their development roadmap. Their transparency and proactive response give me confidence in the product's continued improvement. Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to order this product again. Very easy to use, good display and functionality. Very easy to use and has a nice, clean visibility from the street. Had some minor issues with shipping - but the service team was very helpful and quick to respond. Made all the difference. Very good value.

We are very happy with our 65” kiosks for our lobby! They are bright, with a clean and professional look, and run flawlessly. The team was quick to respond when I reached out about the shipping company delaying to get the product to me. I did have to cut a hole in the back for an HDMI cable to run a computer outside of the unit as the HDMI input is inside the lock box and the USB stick input should be inside the lock box not the outside but it is not a deal breaker. Will order more.

We’ve been using the Digital Display Board at our hotel to promote different events, and it’s been a fantastic addition. The screen's quality is sharp, making it ideal for displaying event schedules and promotions across our property. Customer service was excellent, providing great setup assistance. Our staff loves how easy it is to manage content after the initial learning curve. It’s become an essential tool for showcasing events to our guests. Great value for the price—highly recommend!

Heavy units with the cheapest remote control required to adjust brightness and content -- if the remote malfunctions (as ours has a month in) you're out of luck. Objectively a terrible experience unfortunately, would recommend avoiding this unit and seller.

We ordered this Indoor Digital Kiosks Advertising Screens for the lobby area of our office. We ordered two of them. Both were shipped out fast and the product was exactly as advertised. The product can be customed based on our requirement. We chose to customize these with our company logo. The product was shipped out first and the customized logo was shipped a few days later. Everything were exactly as our expectation. Seller was responsive and answered to our questions promptly. I highly recommend this product.
