These chips are great. Zero compromise on taste.
These chips are absolutely amazing. They have great texture and great taste. IMHO they are better tasting than Lays. I love that there are only 3 items: Potato(s), Sea Salt and Avocado oil. So much healthier than any seed oil fried chips. The Kettle cooking process gives them an amazing crunch....they are simply delicious. The only downside is of course the cost. Each bag (you get 10) is 1.5 oz and cost ~$2.30 (at the time of this review). So yes, it is a bit of a splurge, but anything to cut down on the inflammatory properties of seed oils might be a worthwhile tradeoff. I am anxious to try their sweet potato version as well as the veggie stick version. Love that this is a small family business focusing on healthy eating.

Low Sodium, but all the salt flavor you love (KCl, MgCl).
As someone who usually finds most chips way too salty, Jackson’s Classic Kettle Chips with Sea Salt are a revelation. The balance of umami and crunch is absolutely top-notch. I originally picked these up because the sodium count is lower than the competition, a big priority for my blood pressure, and they are easily the best low-sodium snack I’ve found yet. While crispy soy beans might be 'healthier,' they can’t beat the phenomenological experience of these fairly "salty" chips. They are officially my new go-to.

THE Best Chips, but spendy.
These are my favorite potato chips! Only salt, olive oil, and potatoes. I wish they'd lower the price. I don't buy as often as I'd like because they're too expensive. No idea why. Other companies are figuring it out....?

The chips with the cleanest ingredient list... Just make sure you get this variety as the flavored ones aren't as "clean".
