Absolutely Perfect for Pizza Crust!
I’ve been making homemade pizza for years and have tried just about every flour out there. This King Arthur 100% Organic Bread Flour is hands-down the best I’ve ever used. I made two large pizzas last weekend and the crust turned out exactly like what you’d get from a great Neapolitan-style pizzeria – crispy on the outside, chewy and airy on the inside with those beautiful big bubbles. The high protein content really shines here. The dough had incredible strength and structure, stretched beautifully without tearing, and had that perfect “windowpane” effect when I tested it. It rose like a dream during the long ferment (I did a 24-hour cold rise) and baked up golden with fantastic oven spring. The flavor is clean and slightly sweet, letting my simple sauce and fresh mozzarella really shine. I love that it’s 100% organic too – no weird additives, just pure quality flour that performs consistently every single time. My family actually said it was the best homemade pizza I’ve ever made, and that’s saying something. If you’re serious about pizza (or bread in general), do yourself a favor and grab this flour. Worth every penny. I’ll never go back to anything else. Highly recommend!

Healthy, well-made, all at a great price!
This flour is ridiculously good. I've not baked a loaf of bread in over a decade, but decided to start due to all the crap they are putting in bread these days. I found this flour, as natural and pure as I could find and ordered. I was not disappointed. Using the weighing method recommended on the package, baked the loaf. This bread is DELICIOUS. I know it's not perfect, but that was me, the baker, not the ingredients. Four simple ingredients, all pure, no bromate, bleach...just pure bread. I will be ordering this flour from now on.

Excellent Quality Flour for Beautiful Homemade Bread
This is some of the best quality bread flour I have used. The texture, freshness, and consistency are excellent, and it produces beautiful results every time. The dough develops wonderfully and rises very well, creating soft bread with a great texture and crumb. I used this flour to make homemade bread, and the loaf turned out soft, light, and flavorful with a beautiful structure. Even the sliced texture looked bakery quality. You can really see and feel the difference when using a high-quality flour like this. I also appreciate that it is organic and unbleached. It gives me confidence in what I am feeding my family while still delivering professional-level baking results at home. Highly recommend
This is the only flour I use for my sourdough bread and it consistently works great. The dough develops well, has good structure, and gives me reliable results every time I bake. I also use King Arthur all-purpose flour for general cooking and baking, and I’ve had the same good experience with that as well. It’s become my go-to brand overall. I really like that this flour is organic and unbleached, which is important to me when choosing baking ingredients. It feels like a higher-quality option compared to standard store brands. Overall, very dependable flour for sourdough and baking in general—I keep repurchasing it.

Great flour. Thin paper bag of flour not up to shipment from rough handling.
The paper is thin and usually arrives busted in the box 2 out of 3 shipments of flour. The problem could be a combination of very thin unprotected paper and rough handling of the shipments. I like the flour. But I had to clean it off of other products and the replacement may as well not been replaced. Chickens, kitties and dog visit the piles in a box. I would like to not delete the subscription. For the time being I will wait and see.
