Not ideal for a keto lifestyle
This tastes good. I am just writing my review based on the amount you get for the cost. I can only get one bowl of cereal per bag. That is not cost effective for me. I wonโt purchase again. Taste is not out of this world, but does help a sweet craving. I ate with unsweetened coconut milk. Keto friendly, but pricey for what you get. Would make a nice yogurt topping or addition to another cereal. Then what is the point though? Not a great option in my opinion for a keto lifestyle. 9 grams of carbs for 1/8th of the tiny bag? 1/3 of a cup is not filling. If you are aiming for 20 grams of carbs a day, this is definitely a no go.
