They are well made and fit true to size. I have a heel spur on my left foot and had surgery on my right foot for plantar fasciitis. I work in healthcare so I'm pretty much on my feet for my entire shift. I have times that my feet will hurt with every step I take but I'm hoping these will provide some relief. I used them while working out, ran on my treadmill for 45 minutes with them on to try them out. When I was done I'm happy to say that I had no pain. They are very bouncy and absorb all the impact so no knee pain either. I usually wear Brooks or New balance and they didn't help inspite of them costing $85 - $150 bucks a pair. These felt significantly more comfortable on my feet and seem to be a heaven sent but only time will tell. I have bought alot of sneakers in search of the ones that will work for me and I just return the ones that don't. For anyone in search of comfort I'd recommend giving these sneakers a try. At best you will find an amazingly comfortable pair of sneakers at a very affordable price. Worse case you can easily return them for a refund. No losses here!!

They run small, I normally wear a 10, I had to return the 10 I got for an 11. Don't know about the heal blisters yet hopefully not. Updated to add that they rub the heal extremely bad now I've got 2 parts of my foot hurting. So I will be returning them. I really wanted them to work and they felt good on the bottom but I can't have heel blisters.
