I like it it's comfortable and you have the option to add more filling

The pillow is nice. One came with a slight scratch on the cloth. The extra filling helps for the height adjustment

Great quality and height adjustable as they have provided extra filling which can be filled through the side zipper. So, very comfortable for the neck and head. This is the third time I am getting this pillow, very good sleeping pillow

The pillow covers I got are a bit small but it has the advantage of "puffing up" the pillows, so they are the right firmness now. Alternatively, I could have added the additional filler fiber that comes with the pillows to increase their firmness & height. Either way, these are good pillows and you can adjust them to be as firm/soft + tall/flat as you like by adding/removing the filler.
