Good product little hard to set up at first but is really fun to use when you get the hang of it has so many options! TIP: you have to connect to its WiFi you have to go to settings and look for the net work on the usb card it also has a password which is also on the card and have to reconnect to it while using the app to edit it (I had a hard time with it but I figured it out)

Assembly was simple, took a few minutes. Trying to program. I messed with it for about an hour. I gave up and I called Lucy. She replied about eight hours later because of the time difference. She was very. Kind, but I had already figured out the sign. Customer service was great and offered a few solutions. As I said I had it figured out. The sign is so much better looking than the video. The video is very dull and color is weak, but that is the video. the sign is great. It is bright brilliant just like their pictures show. Looks Great.

Bought for our food trailer and it's bright and captivating! My husband was able to setup in about 30 minutes. Super excited to use all the background for the coming holidays

Amazing product.

Tried everything to get this to work but it kept malfunctioning. I was excited for this but it's a huge disappointment
