The product work as it suppose to be , but there a problem with the battery connector to the power bank . The plug split into two due to the flimsy design to the connector and the wiring are exposed and due to this , the machine become intermittent , otherwise is perfect for self training drill. Now I still pondering whether to return it or Amazon could just send me a workable plug to the power bank within the return period .

This ball launcher works fine for me. I bought a large power bank for it and it has plenty of power and duration. My only issue is that it only uses 9 balls which I knew when buying it. I will be purchasing the additional adapters.

This is great. The machine works well and it shoots the ball at a good distance, not too hard or too soft, it's just right. I love using it. I brought it to a pickle ball court for practice.

Great price and it works. However I had to place boxes underneath in order to shoot the balls above the net.
