This has a great grip and good weight to it. I am not sure how to exactly compare it except to my 10lb ball. The insides feel loose compared to my other ball. The grip is nice but it compresses. I don't really like that. It feels like it is larger than it needs to be for the weight. Works well and overall I like it

Grip is good and it seems durable. I use a couple towels when I need to keep the volume down.
