This slam ball has a great balance of weight, excellent grip and texture and provides strength and cardio training without a ton of extra equipment. It arrived in great condition and has been durable, keeping it shapes after several rounds of workouts and literal slamming.

This was my first owned Slam Ball. I've used a slam ball a couple of times when I used to go to CrossFit with a friend. But since I'm not that good at crossfit (low stamina) I wanted to train by myself so that I can have higher stamina when I join crossfit again. I was looking for equipment and I remember using a slam ball, so I went to look at amazon for slam balls. This was the one that I have chosen since it's on the cheaper side. I know $40 isn't cheap, but some of the slam balls are a little too ridiculous when it comes to the pricing. So I got this one instead. I've been using this for three months now. I would do push-ups or the rollover push up (where you would roll the ball to one hand then do a push up) and the wall balls in the garage. I'm surprised that for the price of this ball it hasn't busted yet, I weight roughly 200 lbs. I added a picture to show the size of it in my hands (Note: I have ginormous hands) and to show the treads on the ball (it's not deep threads) In conclusion, I love this slam ball because it's cheap and durable. I did remove a star because like what the other guy has said the insides shift a little bit, but it hasn't really bothered me that much.

This product is not actual medicine, but it is therapeutic.
