シリコンバンドを付けていました。腕の皮膚がかぶれてきたので、試しにナイロンバンドを購入してみましたが、かぶれないし、軽い。そして手首の太さにピッタリ調整できるので、無駄な隙間もなく心拍数読み取りもより正確に。素晴らしいです。
