Bislang die beste Lösung, um Ihrem Rücken zu helfen, eine lang anhaltende Sitzposition im Büro zu überleben. Ich habe bis jetzt das ballsitzkissen benutzt, wenn ich auf meinem Bürostuhl saß. Ich habe das "sattle" in letzter Zeit gekauft und ich kann fühlen, dass es meinem Rücken gefällt :-) Es zwingt deinen Körper, im Sitzen dauerhaft auszugleichen. Großartiges und komfortables Training.

Après avoir testé plusieurs solutions pour résoudre les problèmes de dos, c'est clairement celle qui fonctionne le mieux. La selle "oblige" le dos à prendre une position plus droite, et à muscler les fibres profondes des muscles. Je recommande vivement.

Por fin he encontrado un asiento que me permite acabar la jornada de ordenador sin dolor de hombros ni espalda. Te acostumbras en unos pocos días a la inestabilidad. Efectivamente te obliga a mantener recta la columna.
