works as intended

Used for my DSC-W290 and paired it with a SanDisk 32g card and works perfectly well! IDK if it's the card or the adapter but the digicam doesn't fully recognize it. That's more of a Sony problem though. "Error formatting "memory stick". IT GOES AWAY when you hold down the shutter button for autofocus or you just move the camera around and it adjusts to the light. I went on a trip and took 300+ pictures all saved to the card, all viewable from the cameras own gallery! YRMV! The size was a perfect fit. Read/Write speeds don't seem to suffer. I have a microSD to usb/c adapter which makes it all the more easier to use and transfer/text/upload pictures on the fly. Hasn't suffered any connectivity issues nor has the durability taken a hit from repeated dismounting given how I use it even after 2 months. Durability of some adaptors is questionable and I've heard stories of them breaking after a few uses, but not this one! I know there's another card error plaguing the older sony digicams but for the ease of use and price point it's well worth the risk of testing. Beats spending $20+ on an actual stick duo with less universal adaptability

Works great for old Sony cameras! Just research the maximum capacity for your model, as the original cards didn’t get very big.

I found out the hard way not to format the SD card through the PSP. After that occurred, the PSP stopped recognizing the SD Card. I had 256GB though and I think it was too big for the system. Folks were saying not to go bigger than 128GB when I researched. I had to do a replacement on the adapter & tried 32GB (which I formatted using my computer this time) and it worked! The PSP recognizes it and is now saving my progress.

So far so good. You may need to update PSP to 6.61 before this works with a newer SD card. Luckily I found an old basic 4gig microSD that would actually read on the psp. Once I was able to put the update file on that card and update to firmware 6.61 the psp had no problem recognizing and formatting a newer 128gig microSD.

If you're looking to dig out your old PSP, this adapter is a must-have. It lets you use a standard micro SD card instead of those expensive, outdated Pro Duo sticks. It fits perfectly into the console slot, reads instantly, and gives you way more storage for a fraction of the cost.

Absolutely love what this enables. The original sticks were so small, but I've now got a full library of games for both ps1 and psp on a much larger sd card than what sony's proprietary sticks can do.

Had my psp for years. Only recently learned how to download games. Given that the normal memory sticks are super expensive and hard to find. This was the perfect bargain. Works in the psp. Put my sd card into the slot, and it fitted perfectly. Great buy!
