These are great for making authentic mexican dishes. Not too spicy, condition of product is excellent, and dehydrated perfectly. Highly recommend this if you need dried chiles.

My chilis came still pliable and there was no mold issue at all. Ive used them for a few different dishes already and they are delicious after a few minutes of roasting in the oven then soaking in hot water for 20 minutes. I soak all my peppers together in hot water and then use or save the "chili water" for using either in the dish or rice or other yummy uses! Its so flavorful!

Great for pozole, easy to soak and clean

As advertised. I added a couple of them to a fermented pineapple hot sauce recipe I made up and it turned out amazing. I didn't give 5 stars because there was nothing overly spectacular about them, but they were the perfect smokey compliment to pineapple, onions, cilantro, and habaneros.
