Arrived as advertised, in Pristine Condition.
It's always a little nerve-racking making a big purchase on a "renewed" computer. I've done it in the past with an iPad and it worked out fine. I chose a MacBook Air that was in "Excellent" condition so I hoped for the best. When it arrived, it was in perfect, like-new condition. No marks, all original parts were included and the battery health was 100%. It's absolutely as good as a brand new computer and I saved myself some money. I'm very happy with this MacBook.

Fantastic machine
I've been using this machine for two months and I can tell you, this is a powerhouse! I'm especially amazed at how long the battery lasts. I can go DAYS between charges, not to mention is it ever FAST! I also greatly appreciate how Apple products just work together. For instance (once configured) when I wake the unit from sleep, it detects my Apple watch on my wrist and automatically unlocks. and being able to type a long Messages chat from my Macbook instead of on my iPhone is also very helpful. It's also very thin and lightweight! I expect to get MANY years of usage out of this. Apple products really are built to stand the test of time (I still have two 2011 Macbook pros in use doing just dedicated video playback activities)

Just got it in. Battery health 100%. No scratches. “Excellent condition” but looks brand new. Got original box as well. Delivery on time. Seller helped cancel a previous order with no delay. Excellent purchase.

Refurbished but 'Like New' — All Good!
It's an M4 MacBook Air, 15-inch with the 512GB storage upgrade. Product was 'refurbished' which is always a bit of a gamble but all was good. It was in 'like new' condition and came with the magnetic charger cable, and in Apple's original box. Thumbs up!
