Gorgeous taste
Wow ! I try to eat sauerkraut regularly because I find it is so healthy for my digestion. But jars in supermarkets are too large and an opened jar needs to stored in the fridge - and can make everything smell pungent. This brand smells good and a jar lasts me for two meals, so it isn't festering before I can finish it. The taste is very good and easily digested. I am delighted to have discovered Biona.

Lovely tasting! I normally have a wee bit with meals and it goes great on a cracker with cheese.

Tasty although no longer fermented.
Because this sauerkraut isnโt fresh it doesnโt contain the benefits as fresh, no longer fermented, but I did know this before purchasing. It is however tasty with a decent texture and is nice mixed in to a supermarket salad bowl or in a salad wrap or bun made at home. I will buy again and the price is good from Amazon.

Really lovely
So delicious, the taste of turmeric is quite strong but that's not a bad thing. It goes beautifully with fatty fish.
