This was a Christmas gift but my daughter loved it. She already ordered another bottle.

It's perfect for making Penicillin, a cocktail with 2 oz. Monkey Shoulder, 1 oz. Tippleman's, 1 oz. lemon juice, and a splash of Laphroaig Islay scotch, and ice. Very soothing for a sore throat.

I love this stuff with some club soda! Great way to have a fun cocktail with no actual booze (and not that much sugar). It has a very strong ginger taste, which I love, but I know spicy ginger is polarizing. 4 stars just because itโs extremely pricey.

Great mixer for the perfect drink
In making penecillin drinks (bourbon, lemon juice and this), this is by far the best honey ginger syrup I have ever used. Compliments the other ingredients perfectly and does not get lost to the other flavors. Highly recommend.
