小さすぎで大人には使えない、逆に歯む部分は大きすぎてブカブカ。噛んでも動いてしまい正直これでいびきが止まるとは思えない 歯の大きさが倍ぐらいならガッチリしそうだが、 この金額ならもう少ししっかりしてるかと思ったが、100均ぐらいのクオリティ。 製品としてダメだと思う

顎が少し前に出るだけで、こんなにいびきが軽減されるとは思っていませんでした！ 初めて使った日は、なんだか歯が痛いように感じましたが、3日目からはほとんど違和感はなくなりました！何よりいびきが低減され、無呼吸もないようです！もっと早く使いたかったです！

装着時にいびきはほぼなくなるが、朝起きたときに顎がかなり痛い。 また、口に入れると開いてくるので、力を入れ続けなければいけない。それによって眠りずらくなる。

Got this one after using the Size 1. I am snoring less, but still have a high sleep score. I wonder if my body (mouth/bite) has adjusted. First couple weeks I had a low sleep score, but after a while the score started to increase. Takes a while to get used to, but I am fine with it after a few weeks.

Don’t waste your money. Product doesn’t work and very uncomfortable to sleep with

すごい効果ありました！枕なし、横向き寝、口テープ、試しましたが効果なく、喉いびきが原因と思い当たり手術を考えていたところ、家族にマウスピースを勧められ購入しました。歯医者で作ることを勧められたけど高価なのでこちらを購入。マウスピースは慣れてたので平気かなと。使用すると、20〜80だったイビキラボがなんと2に！！びっくりです。使用感は、自分は小顔な女性なのですが特に問題なかったです。熱湯で1分温めて柔らかくして、口テープ併用で使用しました。最初入れた瞬間は下の歯茎に当たって違和感すごかったですが、そのまま横になってポジションを調整したらいい場所が見つかって、その後は気にならず寝れました。ちょっと猿っぽい顔になるのが嫌ですが。。。口テープのおかげか外れたりせず、唾液も気になりませんでした。朝は30分くらい前歯に違和感ありましたがすぐ治りました。歯にはあまり良くない気がするのですが、人に迷惑かけたくない時に利用しようと思います。

寝ている間に外れてしまう。 金額分頑張ってみようと努力したが、結局一度も使えない。

it hurts the gum

oh, I wanted to like this so bad. But there’s just no way I would be able to sleep with this in my mouth. Not after having had a custom-made oral appliance. There just is no substitute for a custom oral appliance. It is bulky and uncomfortable, and it hurts in my mouth because it does not fit my teeth shape. It activates my gag reflex and makes me drool like crazy – all while rubbing against my gums and hurting my mouth. I do have a very small mouth – so that could be the problem and it might work well for other people. But this is not the product for me.

The product is good and works for a while. I wish the product was designed for a little more support in the hinge area (thicker) in order to hold its shape longer. Currently, When the hinge portion starts to break down , the mouthpiece doesn’t hold in place while sleeping and therefore stops working like it was designed to work. It seems like within month you can already see and feel that it is breaking down.

First, the good: 1) It does work. My wife slept through the night for the first time in a long time, and we both woke in the early AM feeling super rested. Pretty impressed for the low price point. Similar devices from the dentist cost $1000+. 2) Easy to apply. It’s as simple as putting in a mouth guard. You place the longer half on your bottom teeth and you can feel it pulling your lower jaw forward like it’s supposed to. 3) Fairly comfortable. You’ll definitely notice wearing it, but it wasn’t cutting into my gums or pushing/pulling teeth in a painful manner. I slept through the night with no issues. The bad: 1) Soreness. The jaw and teeth feel a little sore, but it’s supposed to go away after a few uses. Will update later. 2) Unclear sizes. They offer two different options depending on your bite and the severity of your snoring. Regular/overbite people or mild snorers should use Size 1, while underbite and severe snorers should use Size 2. I chose 2 due to my snoring being pretty severe. 3) Drooling. You will drool…quite a bit. But, if I have to choose between this or using a CPAP, drooling is a minor issue. Overall this is a pretty good device that does what it’s supposed to do. It’s not a cure all, but I noticed a huge difference in the quality of sleep I get. For $40 this is worth trying.

I got this to help with my mouth sleep apnea. It did take a couple of nights to get used to. I will wake up in my job will be sore and my mouth a little dry. But after that it started to help a lot, I wake up more rested now. It's super easy to clean and pretty thick.
