My previous pillow was wool pillow and it gets warm at night I would often flip the pillow over to cool down. this is my second pillow i bought from this brand. they are expensive compared to all the other choices. However, I prefer some thing non toxic and cooling is the selling point for me. My first pillow from this band was the contour type where the center is like a valley for back sleeping and the sides are an inch higher for sleeping on the sides. However, no one sleeps without moving their head at night. So for me I felt the pillow was too high at the 4.5 in the center and 5.5 inch on the side. When i rolled to the side since it is too soft it didnt give me enough support to keep my shoulder from collapsing and in the center at 4.5 inch was too high for my neck. So here I am buying their thinnest pillow at 3.5 inches flat no contour "ANATOMIC" design. And I love it! I feel my neck is more comfortable so I can breath better. So it is soft but not too soft, so when I actually put my head down it does get lower than the 3.5 inch. This is great for back sleeper, if you are a side sleeper than the ANATOMIC pillow would be what you want instead of this.

This is a (dense) memory foam pillow that is comfortable for those who sleep on their stomachs. This does feel cool when laying on it. That's nice to have if you body runs hot. I feel like my head is floating when I lay on this. It is relaxing to rest on. If needed, you can fold this for various positions. This comes with a really nice pillow cover. Note, this recommends using a pillow cover on top. That will keep it cleaner. This is a really nice pillow, I feel like I'm sleeping better with this.
