Directions Mix 2 tbsp of PB2 with 1.5 fl oz of water until smooth. Use in recipes as a healthier alternative to traditional peanut butter. Review: *Healthy Alternative to Regular Peanut Butter - I’ve been using PB2 Pure Peanut Butter Powder for a couple of years. I like it because of the lack of added ingredients and it's such a great alternative to fatty peanut butter. The biggest advantage is how versatile and convenient it is. You can mix it with water to make a peanut butter spread, blend it into smoothies, or stir it into oatmeal. It gives you that real peanut flavor without the extra calories (sugar and fat) of traditional peanut butter. The taste is surprisingly good for a powdered version—nutty and natural, without being overly sweet since there’s no added sugar. If you’re used to regular peanut butter, it’s a little lighter in richness, but still very satisfying. I also like that it’s a healthier alternative in terms of calories and fat while still providing a solid amount of protein. It’s great if you’re trying to stay on track with nutrition, but don’t want to give up peanut flavor completely. It mixes easily and smoothly with no clumping, and the large 2 lb jar lasts a long time, even with regular use. Overall, this is a great option for anyone looking for a lighter, more flexible way to enjoy peanut butter. It’s simple, clean, and does exactly what it promises. Here is my daily breakfast smoothie recipe for calories and protein. 1 medium banana 12 oz. high protein ultra-pasteurized milk (Fairlife, Dairygold from Meijer, or Friendly Farms from Aldi) 3/4 cups lactose-free Greek yogurt (Fage) 3 Tbsp. chia seeds (mine from Costco) 2 Tbsp. I love that it has no added sugar or preservatives, and it’s perfect for smoothies and oatmeal. Healthy, convenient, and tastes amazing and low calories.

Great PB flavor in a powder!
It's so hard to find protein powders that don't have a lot of sugar or sodium or artificial ingredients. This has one. Peanuts. And though the protein per serving is low compared to true "protein powders", for me, this has enough to boost my intake to where I want it to be. This is my 3rd purchase of the product from Amazon and each has been as fresh as what I can get at the grocery store but in a size I can't find anywhere else. It blends well and has great Peanut flavor.

I've used PB2 before in smoothies! It's great stuff! Peanut butter without anything else in it. Even has low fat
