I absolutely love this Lakadong turmeric! The rich, earthy aroma is incredible right out of the package. It adds a beautiful color and deeply enhances the flavor profile of my jasmine rice. Highly recommended for anyone wanting top-quality turmeric! I do know this increased energy when I consume this product

This was worth the extra money. The product has a nice mild taste to add to dishes. It’s not too strong as well

First bag I got was great, but the second bag had a distinct chemical taste. Very concerning. Had to throw it out. Doesn’t seem safe for human consumption. Might be cutting the turmeric with chemicals.

This is not real turmeric, it is completely yellow color. I cannot return either

I was thoroughly disappointed by the results of the home purity test I conducted. I tested 3 other turmeric product brands and this one was by far the worst. Now I can't say exactly how accurate the home purity test is, as I only did what I've seen from YouTube videos (a teaspoon or so of turmeric in a glass of lukewarm water). However, if there is any truth and accuracy to it, this failed hard.It also tastes off and has a very weird smell to it, perhaps like cat pee or ammonia. My brother tasted it and said he could taste hints of licorice, but I didn't get any of that. Turmeric isn't the best tasting spice, anyway, but this one just doesn't taste right. It's one that I'll be tossing and definitely would not recommend.
