I typically wear a medium shirt but find I do not like my workout clothes fitted but loose. In comparison, I have several Champion brand DuoDry circle neck work out shirts in size large and found the Artic Cool womens shirt to be the same fit. I gave the shirt a 4 out of 5 stars because I found the cooling effect to be minimal. It kept me maybe a little bit cooler than my other workout shirts but did not notice a large difference. I have worn this shirt about 4 times in the gym which they keep way to warm for my liking and found the shirt comfortable and maybe somewhat cooler than my other shirts. However, I do really like the style, fit and the many colors they offer. I plan on ordering another one. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Caveats *by C***K on Reviewed in the United States on July 7, 2017* I recommend the shirt with a few caveats:1) It's a fitted shirt, so if you don't like a tight shirt, order a size up2) It works based on evaporation, so the shirt has to be damp to cool. When it isn't damp, it's a little thicker than most technical shirts. The cooling and evaporation worked well for me, but the humidity here is in the teens. I'm not sure how it will do in humid areas.3) You have to not mind wearing a damp/wet shirt in order to get the maximum benefit from the cooling properties.The shirt is cute and seems well made. It's a fitted shirt and I don't like fitted or tight things, so I ordered a size larger, which is perfect for me. Before I went on a run today at noon, I wet the entire shirt and wrung it out, so it was damp. After 30 minutes, only the bottom hem was still damp (but I was cool). If my run had been much longer, I would have wanted to spray it down with more water. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Purchased both the V-neck style and the Tank w/mesh style ... *by L***O on Reviewed in the United States on July 18, 2017* Purchased both the V-neck style and the Tank w/mesh style for a Vegas vacation. 4 stars because I believe the product works. You do need to sweat or dampen the shirt, but I was noticeably cooler. I returned the V-neck style as it was possibly the most unflattering shirt I've even put on. I'm on the larger size so maybe this isn't the case for thin women, but it was baggy in weird places and they fall into the trap of only making the shirt wider and lot longer for larger sizes. I did decide to keep the sleeveless for my vacation, but it also was baggy in weird places.
